“Faberca’s vision is based on the values of sincerity, honesty and integrity. These are the essential conditions for establishing a frank and open dialogue with our clients and partners. Also, having a small team enables us to create close personal connections with our clients – an added value that is appreciated by everyone.”
Peggy Juneau, partner, business administration
Faberca was founded in 2003 by Pierre Beaudoin and Peggy Juneau with the initial aim of exclusively serving overseas markets with construction systems for wood-frame houses and light commercial buildings.
The company, based in Shawinigan, Quebec, Canada, made its first sales in Iceland, a country well known for its climatic extremes. Faberca’s early success in this market derived from thorough pre-analysis and responsiveness to prevailing conditions (air-tightness, wind resistance, etc.), as well as to the needs of its Icelandic partners. Faberca used this knowledge to adapt its products and working methods to each individual project, as it continues to do so today.
Following this success, Faberca sought new markets in Germany, Spain, France and Australia, and is today setting up partnerships in the United Kingdom.
The company’s somewhat unconventional trajectory has now brought it back to North American markets. Faberca is proud to present its entirely new concept in contemporary housing:
faberhaus, an ingenious marriage of efficiency and quality in architect-designed, customized, prefabricated homes.
